Small Batch “Elevated” Strawberry Jam

Taking a weekend jaunt from the Atlanta area up to Highlands/Cashiers, North Carolina, offers a fantastic reset from reality (check post later to come). And while in commute, I love to stop by Jaemor Farms in Alto, Georgia. Here, I pick up whatever is in season.

This last trip, back in late April, offered an early taste of summer with fresh, sweet strawberries. I couldn’t resist making up a small batch to ensure we could still savor the flavor well into the colder months.

This recipe is a little “elevated” by the fresh, woody hint of fresh, chopped rosemary.
